Agreement

By using Rizzler Quizler (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Absaroka Data LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

Rizzler Quizler is a free, real-time polling tool for in-person group settings. Poll creators sign in with an email address and create polls. Participants vote by scanning a QR code — no account required.

Accounts

• You create an account by signing in with your email address. No password is required.
• You are responsible for access to the email account used to sign in.
• One person per account. Do not share your sign-in links.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or hateful.
• Collect personal information from participants beyond what the poll question asks.
• Attempt to circumvent vote limits or spam polls with automated tools.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content & data

• You own the content you create (poll questions, options). We do not claim any rights to it.
• Participant votes and text responses are submitted anonymously and are associated with the poll, not with any individual.
• All poll data (questions, options, votes) is automatically deleted 7 days after the poll closes. You can also delete your polls manually at any time.
• Polls have a maximum duration of 1 week. This is a real-time tool, not a data archive.
• Poll creators can moderate and remove individual participant submissions (text responses and upvote list items).

The Service is free

Rizzler Quizler is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free functionality will not be removed without notice.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation beyond the stated retention period, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absaroka Data LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $0, as the Service is provided free of charge.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
